Refund and Returns Policy

Purchased within 30 days of receipt, can be returned and fully refunded. Items must be unused and in original packaging, items can be returned for refund or exchange. If returning via post, please obtain proof of the postage so you have evidence all items have been successfully posted.

Please ensure to enclose a cover letter in your returned parcel including; name, billing address, contact number.

Returns are made at your own expense, or alternatively taken to our store directly.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods:

Any Incorrect/Damaged Goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt, to allow the team time to correct any mistakes that can may have occur.
